Shipping & Pickup Policy

We want your cookies to arrive fresh, fast, and happy, so here’s everything you need to know about how we ship and how you can pick up your order.

Shipping Across the Maritimes

We currently ship throughout the Maritimes using Canada Post Expedited.

Flat-rate shipping:

Nova Scotia: $10
New Brunswick & Prince Edward Island: $15

Shipping typically takes 1–3 business days. We also have a Priority shipping option for $25.

Weekly Shipping Schedule

To keep your cookies from sitting in a warehouse over the weekend, we ship all orders every Monday/Tuesday. If you place an order on Tuesday or later, it will ship the following Monday.

No Returns

Because our items are perishable, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is handed off to Canada Post, it is out of our control.
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or mishandled packages caused by Canada Post.

If something goes wrong, we’re happy to help you file a claim with them.

Local Pickup in Halifax

Skip shipping and pick up for free at one of our two Halifax locations:

1. Quinpool District

Near Vernon St / Pepperell St intersection
Pickup days: Sunday and Monday

2. Bayers Road Centre (7071 Bayers Road)

Pickup days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday

Fulfillment Time

Please allow 1–3 days for us to prepare your order.
Sometimes we need a little extra time if we’re restocking fresh batches. You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
